I have just begin work on a new, sleeker, slimmer version of the Commons project. This will cut out a lot of the cruft that has built up over time and will try to make the Commons more modern and light weight. For the time being, XML configuration support will be ejected, focusing instead on the use of Annotations for in-code configuration.

With the standing up of Portico as its own separate project and the discontinuation of the ancient fedWS and Middlesim, there is very little left that the labs manages itself. I have cleaned up the wiki a little bit and have created a Discontinued Projects page that will hold information about those projects that no longer exist.

Yes, I stole the theme from Wikipedia, Sorry!

littlebluefrog labs projects

The littlebluefrog labs are a small band of merry and somewhat manic developers. The labs are not a commercial entity of any kind, but rather, a shared name used to identify our group, and under which we can develop and release our open source efforts. As with all volunteer efforts, finding time between work commitments and life in general can be difficult. It is widely recognised that these factors attribute directly to the generally poor level of documentation associated with many open source efforts.

This wiki is an attempt to streamline the documentation process and provide an easily editable and updateable resource that collects together documentation and information on all the various labs projects. With time and effort, this resource will grow to become hopefully a one-stop-shop for any and all types of information about labs projects.
